Duties include: making weekly building inspections, handling maintenance issues
and minor repairs, working with contractors on large projects and coordinating
facilities use. The ideal candidate must have experience in light maintenance
or facilities management, scheduling/coordinating skills and understanding of
building systems and basic safety regulations. This is a five-hour per week
position, with some flexibility depending on repair and maintenance needs, and
