Part-time Administrative Assistant for Salem United Methodist Church in Brookeville, MD

Duties include: setting up/maintaining a new member/donation database, managing communications, coordinating reports, and working with volunteers.  The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, efficient and versatile. : Experience with database setup/management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and social media platforms is required. : Remote position, approximately 5–10 hours per week, with occasional on-site tasks.  Starting salary $25/hr.  Send cover letter and resume to Mollie Haines at molliebethhaines@gmail.com.


Part-time Facilities Manager for Salem United Methodist Church in Brookeville, MD

Duties include: making weekly building inspections, handling maintenance issues and minor repairs, working with contractors on large projects and coordinating facilities use.  The ideal candidate must have experience in light maintenance or facilities management, scheduling/coordinating skills and understanding of building systems and basic safety regulations.  This is a five-hour per week position, with some flexibility depending on repair and maintenance needs, and $100 per week on a salary basis.  Send cover letter and resume to Mollie Haines at molliebethhaines@gmail.com.
